La Table de l’Alpaga
gastronomic restaurant and the
bistro. Both restaurant are leaded by the Chef Anthony Bisquerra.
La Table de L'Alpaga*
The Alpaga’s gastronomic restaurant, which was
awarded one star in the Michelin Guide in 2014
, is run by the hotel’s chef, Anthony Bisquerra. Drawing his inspiration from nature, he works with
, such as seafood and lake-caught fish, Pattes Rouges prawns, Monts du Cantal pork, farm fresh eggs and a selection of Beaufort cheeses. He also serves a
that gives pride of place to tomatoes, artichokes and chanterelle mushrooms. Come springtime, the restaurant opens onto a vast
La Table de L'Alpaga* is open from Wednesday to Sunday included for dinner
from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

For a more informal dining experience, L’Onyx is open from
12.30pm to 3pm
for lunch, reading, a game of chess, or an aperitif and for diner from
7pm to 10pm

in its “ardoise” version: a lunch and dinner menu of Alpine classics that changes every day.
