Authentic cuisine

The Alpaga serves two versions of its authentic, seasonal alpine cuisine, in the La Table de l’Alpaga gastronomic restaurant and the Onyx bistro. Both restaurant are leaded by the Chef Anthony Bisquerra.

La Table de L'Alpaga*

The Alpaga’s gastronomic restaurant, which was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide in 2014, is run by the hotel’s chef, Anthony Bisquerra. Drawing his inspiration from nature, he works with seasonal products, such as seafood and lake-caught fish, Pattes Rouges prawns, Monts du Cantal pork, farm fresh eggs and a selection of Beaufort cheeses. He also serves a vegetarian menu that gives pride of place to tomatoes, artichokes and chanterelle mushrooms. Come springtime, the restaurant opens onto a vast sunny terrace.

La Table de L'Alpaga* is open from Wednesday to Sunday included for dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

The Onyx

For a more informal dining experience, L’Onyx is open from 12.30pm to 3pm for lunch, reading, a game of chess, or an aperitif and for diner from 7pm to 10pm. This is where the hamlet’s residents treat themselves to Anthony Bisquerra's cuisine in its “ardoise” version: a lunch and dinner menu of Alpine classics that changes every day.

Starter and main course and dessert: €44 (excluding drinks).

The Onyx closes from 3pm to 7pm.
