 L' Alpaga welcomes you to discover authentic, seasonal alpine cuisine at La Table de l’Alpaga*, our gastronomic restaurant and the Onyx bistro. Our Chef Anthony Bisquerra and his team are in charge of both restaurants. 

La Table de L'Alpaga*

The Alpaga’s gastronomic restaurant, which was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide in 2018, is run by the hotel’s chef, Anthony Bisquerra. Taking his inspiration from nature, he works with seasonal products, such as seafood and lake-caught fish, farm fresh eggs and a selection of Beaufort cheese. He also serves a vegetarian menu with tomatoes, artichokes and chanterelle mushrooms. When the sun is out, the restaurant opens a sunny terrace with view.

The Onyx

For more casual and relaxing experience, Onyx is open from 12pm to 3pm for lunch or dinner from 7pm to 10pm

The Onyx closes from 3pm to 7pm.
